BAOMA Flexipruf 200 is a high performance water-based liquid rubber membrane reinforced with micro fiber for superb tensile strength. It is specially designed to eliminate blistering and wrinkling which may occur in exposed or under immersion conditions. It provides a fully bonded homogeneous membrane and waterproofing barrier with no laps or joints, almost zero water vapor permeability. It is not affected by Ultra-Violet or temperature extremes and does not become brittle with age, making it ideally used as exposed waterproofing coating for flat roof, roof tiles & RC gutters, planter boxes, floor slabs, balcony, external wall and concrete structures. It also can be applied as a sealing solution to seal cracks on joint walls, ceiling and roofing.

Surface Preparation

Ensure the surface to be painted is clean, dry & free from dirt, oil, grease & other contaminants. Remove all loose or powdery residues by brushing or scraping with a stiff fibre brush under running water or by using high pressure water jet. Areas affected by mould, lichen, algae or fungus must be treated with MCI Micro Kill. Repair defects with a suitable filler or putty. Avoid painting where surface is high in moisture content or during wet weather (recommended painting specification requires moisture content of the surface to be below 16% as measured by protimeter and alkalinity of the surface below pH9).

Thinning	: Use clean water, dilute up to 5% of water if necessary

Safety, Health & Environment

Ensure good ventilation during painting, do not breathe vapour or spray mist. Keep doors and windows open during application and drying. It is advisable to wear mask and eyes protector while applying. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. In case of accidental ingestion, DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING, seek immediate medical advice. To remove splashes of paint from skin by using water and soap or skin care product. Do not empty paint into drains or water courses, dispose of any paint waste in accordance with the appropriate Environmental Quality Regulations.
